The Euroleague Classico is decided in the Overtime
Barça was up to an early start at the Palacio, as the Catalan team had first a 2-9 lead and tripled Real (6-18) with 3 minutes to go in the first quarter. But Musa and Deck, 2 of Real's bastions, scoring 5 points each, bringing Real within 16-20 at the end of the quarter.

The second 10 minutes were also lead by FC Barcelona, more inspired offensively. Real added Tavares, Rudy and Hezonja to their scoring but the guests were more accurate from the arc, scoring 4 threes in the period. FC Barcelona lead by halftime, 32-39.

Again the visitors restored a 10 point gap early in the second half (34-44, min 23) but Deck appeared newly leading the Whites' 8-0 run (42-44, min 25). Jasikevicius' men connected three consecutive baskets from the long distance opening a new gap, and the exchange of baskets brought the team to the last 10 minutes with a 50-59 score.

It was Sergio Llull's time: the guard scored 15 points in the last 10 minutes, carrying his team. A 17-6 run led by the captain and Deck got Real leading, 69-67, with 3 minutes remaining.

Barcelona wouldn't give up and Higgins overturned the scoreboard again (69-73, min 39) but a basket from Hezonja and 2 free throws scored by Llull tied the game, sending it to the OT (73-73) as no team would score in the last 37 seconds.

Musa took over in the OT with 9 points. A 14-5 run for Real (87-78, min 44) was followed by a quick comeback by the visitors (87-84 with 27 seconds to go), but 4 consecutive free throws from Llull again, wrapped up for Real, 91-86.
