Tavares dominates on a tight win

Manresa showed again they're one of the season's sensations, with a fast and dynamic game, but this Real Madrid, consistent and talented was too much for the Catalan team.
The first quarter was somehow slow (19-16) as both teams seemed to not feel comfortable offensively but things changed in the second period in which both teams were more accurate from the distance. At halftime the game was still close, 38-40, now Real Madrid leading.
Coming off the locker room both teams exchanged baskets again: the game was fast and exciting and many players scored (Francisco, Moneke, Causeur, Heurtel...); the scoreboard was still tied at the last act's doors, 68-68. The run in the period was for Manresa, 30-28.
But again Tavares was going to rule at the end of the game. The center (19 points, 13 rebounds) was supported by Llull and Rudy (5 threes in the game from the shooting guard), and scored 6 of Real's last 9 points.
