Real played a good 1st quarter against Lenovo Tenerife, with a great balance between the long distance and the paint despite Tavares getting soon again in foul trouble. The Whites led 24-16 after the first 10 minutes.
The visitors took over during the second quarter: Shermadini and Guerra found the way to score and the visitors were more accurate from the distance as well. The score by halftime was 38-38.
Getting off the locker room Real was again better and more focused, led by Tavares (11 points in the quarter) and Laprovittola (8 points in the period). Laso's men scoring run in these 10 minutes was 21-11.
But Lenovo was to come back: thanks to an excellent Huertas and Guerra on a supporting role, Tenerife grabbed the lead (64-65) with 7 minutes left, but it was Carroll's time then: the shooting guard would score 13 points in 8 minutes in the last period, making Lenovo's efforts fruitless.
