Real Madrid was accurate in offense for a new European win this season hosting Bayern Munich.
The Whites started strong (27-17, in the first period) but the German team played a great second quarter and was able to pull advantages at the scoreboard (35-36 min. 16) before half time. However, Real Madrid finished with a great effort: two Campazzo free throws and a consecutive three pointer from Llull practically by the buzzer, got them leading the way (49-45 min. 20).
Thompkins, Randolph and Jaycee Carroll were pivotal coming off the locker room, and Real's defense was extremely effective and Laso's men pulled again a good advantage at the scoreboard (70-61).
