Real fights the elements and forces the tie breaker
Real put the first stone of the comeback on the third game of the series against Partizan with a master class from Tavares (26 points, 14 rebounds, 3 blocks, 4 assists, 41 PIR).

Williams Goss, on a supporting role, played a great game as well scoring 22 points with very good shooting field goals. The guard was pivotal for Real's win scoring a 3 point basket (77-80) with 24 seconds left precisely when both teams were having a hard time scoring. Chus Mateo's squad was finnally taking the third game of this quarter finals fixture, 80-82.

Partizan and Real were returning to the Stark Arena on Thursday, with Lessort and Deck back in the game on each squad. Tavares was again masterful, with 15 points and 11 fouls drawn, and Deck, Musa and Hanga helped the visitors in offense.

Despite Partizan attempting the comeback during the fourth quarter and a late rally lead by Madar (4 points in 4 seconds), Real was able to stand strong with a good defense and left the locals scoreless for the last minute and a half.

The Whites got the second win (78-85) for leveling the quarter finals, taking the series to Madrid for a thriller at the Palacio.
