Real commands thanks to a good second half
Real Madrid was off to a better start in Badalona until Tavares had to be benched due to his second foul. The locals took then advantage of a weaker Madrid, dominating both paints and being more aggressive than the Whites: Joventut was leading by 11 points (40-29, min. 18) with 2 minutes left in the second quarter but Real cut the drain thanks to the long range (threes from Llull and Williams-Goss) to reach halftime only trailing by 4 points (42-38, min. 20).

The locals were still better resuming the game after hafltime but Real's reaction was about to come: the leader got a 3-18 run thanks to many players scoring from the distance (Llull, Abalde, Taylor, Yabusele), awaiting the last period with a 7 point advantage, 58-65.

The locals did their best to stay in the game but Yabusele and Heurtel had already taken its command and the Whites ran away at the scoreboard for the final win, 71-90.
