The Palacio was ready for one of these special occasions on the fifth game between Partizan and Real Madrid. The rollercoaster between both teams had left 4 heart-stopping games and the decisive one promised to be thrilling again.

With Punter back with his team, the Serbian squad was hard to stop for Real's defense as the visitors proved to be accurate from the distance and patient in the longest possessions. The first half was discouraging for Real's fans as the hosts went to halftime with an unexpected lead, 39-55.

Partizan improved to 41-59 coming off the locker room, and despite Real recording a valuous 9-1 run Obradovic's men were able to restore a 15 point margin, thanks to the threes, but by the end of the third period Real was able to trim off's the visitors advantage to 7 points, 69-76, thanks to the old guard: Rodríguez, Fernández and Llull.

During the last quarter El Chacho took care of the ball scoring and assisting his team mates (19 points, with an 8 of 11 shooting series, and 6 assists) while Llull scored some of his amazing threes (8 points in the last quarter) as Real surged for one of the Euroleague's most amazing comebacks ever, not only in the game (rallying from and 18 point deficit) but also in the quarter finals series, turning back a 0-2 run.

Real's victory 98-94 gets the Whites to a new Final Four, that will take place in Kaunas. Real Madrid will face FC Barcelona on yet another thrilling Clasico in Europe.
