Llull leads Real in Zaragoza

Real Madrid laid the foundations of a new win on a solid backcourt led by Sergio Llull who scored 17 points, including 5 threes. The guard was supported by Yabusele (9), Heurtel (13), Taylor (9) and Causeur (7).
While the Whites led in the first quarter (15-20) a much improved locals went to the locker room with a minimum advantage (36-35, min. 20) thanks to an outstanding Mobley and to a good defense.
Real came back strong in the third quarter with an 8-16 run (44-51, min. 26). Real's defense was much better and Zaragoza had a hard time scoring and getting good shots. The Whites faced the last quarter with a 10 point advantage, 49-59.
Casademont made a big effort at the beginning of the last 10 minutes, but Real's perimeter cut the locals' run quickly. A 2+1 from Poirier opened a gap (55-68, min. 33) that would prove to be final as Llull and Heurtel added threes on their end.
Good road win (65-86) on the day that Randolph made his appearance after an inactive year due to an Achilles tendon injury.
