FC Barcelona is the new ACB champion, after winning three consecutive games in the Final in front of Real Madrid Baloncesto. The blue and red squad has reached the final part of the championship with more energy than Real and is the fair winner.

The first game in Barcelona had a name, Laprovittola: 19 points for the guard, on a game that was very close until the last quarter, in which the locals' team game (7 players on double figures) proved too much for the Whites despite Llull (14 points) and Rodríguez (16 points) with great performances again.

The second contest at the Palau Blaugrana was Real's opportunity to steal court advantage, and Real had it in its hands: the Whites were leading 72-77 thanks to a fantastic Llull (15 points, 12 in the last quarter).

Good plays from Mirotic (best player of the game with 25 points and 31 PIR) balanced the game and both teams entered the last 90 seconds with Real Madrid still leading, 79-80.

Sanli responded to a new 3 from Sergio Llull and the free throws got again Barça on top, 86-85, with seconds remaining of the game. The last possession was for Sergio Llull but it was an impossible shot, and Jasikevicius' men were taking the second game of the series 86-85.

The third game at the Palacio saw Real always behind FC Barcelona, even though the first half of the game was very tight again (41-38) Real leading thanks to Causeur and again Llull.

But the player of the game was Jan Vesely: the center was pivotal moving Tavares far from the paint and scoring from the high post, for a total of 19 points. Yabusele (10 points) and Tavares (19 points) were the on the locals' side, as Real managed to finish the third quarter only one point behind the visitors, 66-67.

But FC Barcelona had proved more consistent during the whole game and the Catalan squad got a substantial gap (70-77) with 7 minutes to go in the game. From there, the guests just handled their advantage until the end of the game, for the win 82-93, and the 2022-23 season championship.
