A great Madrid reaches the Euroleague's quarter finals

Real's squad keeps spoiling its fans with great performances on big games, and Thursday's game in Istambul was no exception: the Whites beat Fenerbahce by 26 points getting a ticket for the next round.
Causeur, Laprovittola and Deck (on his last game as a Madridista) were the top performers but the Whites again built on a great defense and a team play. The visitors' first quarter was almost perfect (11-23) and Laso's men were able to get to locker room with a substantial advantage, 36-49.
Sergio Llull in the second quarter and Laprovittola during the third period suffocated attempts from the locals to get back into the game, mostly through De Colo, Eddie and Lorenzo Brown. But Real's run for launching the 4th quarter (0-15) was decisive and Madrid was able to put a valuable win.
The Whites will play Anadolu Efes in the Euroleague's quarter finals, between April the 20th and May the 5th.
